Gaya Home is a furniture brand focused on sofas, dining sets and selected home furniture for customers in Malaysia. Our showroom is located in Sunway Mentari, Petaling Jaya, and our furniture supply is backed by a manufacturing operation in Johor.
Product Information
We try to present product information, prices, options, photos, fabric choices, dimensions and delivery information as accurately as possible. However, product colors may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting and fabric batch.
For custom furniture, small variations in fabric texture, stitching, foam feel, wood grain, table surface, color tone or measurement may occur due to material and production differences. These variations are not automatically considered a defect if the product remains consistent with the agreed order.
Customers should check product details, size, color, fabric selection, delivery area and order information carefully before confirming an order.
Orders And Confirmation
Some Gaya Home orders are assisted through WhatsApp so customers can confirm product details, fabric choices, delivery area, payment method and other order information with our team before production or delivery is arranged.
An order is considered confirmed after the customer agrees to the order details and pays the required deposit or payment amount. Once an order is confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be possible, especially for custom-made, pre-order, made-to-order or specially arranged items.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order if product information is incorrect, stock is unavailable, delivery cannot be arranged to the requested location, payment cannot be verified, or the order appears fraudulent or incomplete.
Deposit, Balance Payment And COD
For selected products, customers may be allowed to pay a deposit first and pay the remaining balance during delivery through cash on delivery or another approved payment method.
The deposit amount may vary depending on the product, order size, customization and delivery arrangement. The deposit secures the order and may be used to begin processing, production, reservation or delivery preparation.
