Gaya Home understands the importance of efficient and reliable delivery service. Our goal is to provide a smoother experience from the moment you place an order until the product reaches your address.

Delivery Area
gayahome.com.my delivers to Peninsular Malaysia only, excluding islands such as Pulau Langkawi, Pulau Pangkor, Pulau Redang, Pulau Tioman and others.

Wrong / Damaged Product
If a wrong or damaged product is delivered, please contact our Customer Service Team within 48 hours.
Delivery dates may vary. Any postponement or delay in the delivery schedule will be informed.
West Malaysia Coverage
Gaya Home provides delivery across West Malaysia including Johor, Melaka, Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Putrajaya, Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, Kelantan, Kedah, Penang, Pahang, Terengganu and Perlis.
For Felda areas, delivery may be slower.
Delivery Rates
Johor, Melaka, KL, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan
Free for the first delivery attempt.
Northern & East Coast Areas
RM180 per set for each successful delivery attempt.
Exclusions
First-time free shipping excludes Genting, Langkawi, Sabah and Sarawak.
Delivery Scheduling Process
- The logistics office will schedule and inform you of the delivery date via WhatsApp before the actual delivery date.
- The driver will call you one hour before delivery to your address.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the truck has permission or permit to enter the delivery area where required.
- To request a specific delivery time, please contact customer service through WhatsApp. We will ask our logistics vendor to match your request as much as possible.
Truck Delivery
- For bulky delivery, your delivery will be scheduled in advance after order confirmation.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the products on the agreed date and time.
- If no one receives the delivery, we will reschedule another date for free if we are informed earlier.
- For changes or enquiries about a confirmed delivery schedule, please inform us at least 2 days in advance.
- If we cannot contact you to schedule or reschedule delivery, your order will be held for a maximum of 14 days from the first failed delivery attempt. Our team will follow up via WhatsApp; if there is no response, the order will be cancelled without refund.
Installation
- Gaya Home Furniture provides on-site installation for all products.
- Gaya Home Furniture will not be liable for any mishandling of installation if the installation request is made between you and our truck delivery partner.
